International Health NGO set to partner Anambra Govt to establish trauma centre



An International Non-governmental Health Organisation, Doctors Without Borders, recently expressed its readiness to partner Anambra Government to establish a Trauma Center in the State. 
The NGO's Project Coordinator for the State, Dr Geoffery Baas disclosed this when he led a delegation from the Organization on a courtesy visit on Governor Willie Obiano.

Dreaded terrorist group ISIS allegedly says President Donald Trump's executive order on immigration likely points to the fact that the West is at war with Islam.

Reports say ISIS has been talking about Trump's travel ban, which bars refugees and citizens from seven majority Muslim countries, identified as major base for terrorism, from entering the US.

Indian Train crash kills 36, leaves many injured.

Indian Authorities say no fewer than 36 people have been killed and many others injured after a train derailed in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

President Trump signs executive order to start rolling back Obamacare

Barely 24 hours after he took oath of office, US President, Donald Trump has signed an executive order to commence the process of rolling back Obamacare.

The Order stated that the administration's official policy is "to seek the prompt repeal" of the Affordable Care Act -- but at the same time emphasized that it must continue to uphold the law.

Woman allegedly kills son because he was gay


A 32-year-old supermarket manager,Tatiana Lozano Periera from a town near Sao Paolo, Brazil, confessed to stabbing her 17-year-old gay son Itaberli Lozano to death last week.
The body was found a week after the murder, burned and buried in a cane field.

Last man on the moon, Cernan dies aged 82




The last man to leave his footprints on the surface of the moon, Eugene A. Cernan, is dead.
The astronaut who retired from the United States Navy as a captain,  died at the age of 82 following "ongoing health issues", and up until his death, was passionate about space exploration and hoped America's leaders would not let him remain the last man to walk on the Moon, according to his family.

US President-Elect,Trump to waive Russia sanctions for Nuclear Arms negotiations






US president-elect, Donald Trumphas says he will offer to end sanctions against Russia in return for a nuclear arms reduction deal with the Kremlin.
Trump who was speaking in an interview with a British Newspaper Monday, said he wanted nuclear weapons arsenals of the world's two biggest nuclear powers - the United States and Russia - to be "reduced very substantially".
According to the Newspaper, Trump said "They have sanctions on Russia - let's see if we can make some good deals with Russia. For one thing, I think nuclear weapons should be way down and reduced very substantially, that's part of it".

37 die, asTurkish aircraft crash into multiple buildings






At least 37 people have been killed in Kyrgyzstan when a Turkish Cargo plane crashed due to heavy fog with most of the casualties on ground.
The Boeing 747 TC-MCL aircraft flying from HongKong crashed as it landed amid fog at Manas airport, 25km (15 miles) north of the capital, Bishkek.
